Having worked in the subscription-first industry for over 14 years, I've gained a deep understanding of its nuances and potential, and a huge bank of assets, strategies and action plans. This experience has been instrumental in shaping my approach to coaching and consulting, where I help clients globally to not just meet, but exceed their goals.

My role as a coach and consultant extends beyond borders, impacting businesses worldwide. I bring a global perspective to my work, ensuring that the strategies and insights I provide are relevant, effective, and adaptable to diverse business environments.

WHY DO I TEACH?

In all transparency and self-recognition, in my 20's I was an incredibly selfish person. I had the "world owes me" vibe and was firmly entrenched in it. Something fundamentally shifted in me when my wife and I emigrated from Ireland to the US in our early 30's with our two young sons (6 months and 18 months at that time 😱).

When I relaunched my consulting business in the US, I tripled the best year in business I'd ever had in year 1, from a standing start, with no connections.

First, that got me understanding that more people needed my skills and experience, that people valued it and that I should value it too.

Second to that, it was the first time I truly felt I was helping to make peoples' lives (and businesses) better, almost overnight.
